Line Cook
As Line Cook, you’ll be in charge of cooking, preparing and plating the dishes for Sobremesa.
Tasks:
Assisting with stocking & setting up kitchen stations
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking and plating main dishes, side dishes, desserts and appetizers
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Recommended Experience:
Over 18 years old
Completion of vocational school or a two-year associate degree or at least one year of cooking experience
Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work as part of a team
Strong organization, clear communication and active listening skills
Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
Exceptional time management skills
